1、PacsController_post 是玉林pacs使用的，当时用get接收返回数据，一直有缓存，返回的状态不是当前最新的，和pacs对接之后，换用了post，数据正常。

2、xmlContoller当时想做成接收漳州xml患者信息的接口，后台中心服务器一直没调试，就没用
3、task这个是震哥写的，我同步过来的
